The sustainable process

The mixed waste plastic is collected and sourced throughout the UK and delivered to the ESF manufacturing site (the site has been recognised by The Environment Agency as an accredited reprocessor of packaging waste and is entitled to issue Packaging Recovery Notes).
The waste materials are shredded, granulated, heated and mixed. This mix creates the desired composite which is then moulded and cut to the
required shape and length to produce the recycled plastic street furniture products.
